The characters with their complex personalities are as natural with their intrinsic fighting ability as they are interesting. Miranda is brave, strong, and impetuous while appearing vulnerable at times. Her boyfriend Peter is a confident, shrewd leader who shows sound judgement even when Miranda is at risk. Their friends Rhys and Noah are trustworthy , loyal and steadfast. In this segment Dan Krokos also introduces new characters; Noble a smart,determined scientist , Sophia the tough warrior and Commander Gane the brave, but deluded leader of Verge. Even the antagonists are unforgettable with their sinister plan and warped dedication to New Earth.

I loved this captivating novel from the first page to the last. And was left speechless by the ending when I thought nothing more ominous could threaten the heroine and her friends. I highly recommend "False Sight" and can't wait to read the next book in the series.

I will pass on this series in the future. This one just doesn't appeal to me. A little too much...but if you like YA, zombie dystopian SciFi...and the sex and language was too much for my taste in books.
Lot's of action and kick-you-know-what fight scenes. I do see room for a third book, the ending was a bit ambiguous. Please write a third book. Let Miranda not be dead.
Totally great ! Two down one to go and so looking forward to it but then it's over !
This is one of the best trilogies I've read !
Not sure I'll continue with this series. Not much of a plot. Probably should have limited it to one novel, not a series.
I am blown away. Just when I thought that every dystopian author was recycling the same concepts over and over ... Whalla!! New and fresh and a roller coaster of an emotional ride ....This book is nothing like you would ever expect. If you like dystopian sci-fi then this is the perfect series for you ... Start with the first book first or you won't get the true depth and impact of every pivotal and essential character in this series ... Soooo good!! I hope hope hope that the final book comes super soon!!! This author rocks!!!

Why is it always America!?!?

I love his book. It is amazing. Though it flew far off the path of the first book, I still think that this was perfect. The characters react to things the way you'd expect them to and the growing relationship between Peter and Miranda has to be put in hold. This is hard to review because so many different things happened Nina, Noah, Noble, Gane, Torch, eyeless, Sophia, True Earth, different worlds... In False Memory their biggest problem was saving Cleveland from their 5 clones and their creators. Now they have to save the world from their thousands of clones and thousand year old Originals. Miranda could have another Nina inside her, the Nina that killed Noah. When Noah died I was so upset because he was my favorite character in book 1. But Dan Krokos knew what he was doing because this drove Miranda throughout the whole book and he even saved her life and the lives of many others. After I realized she wasn't schizophrenic and Noah was actually part of her brain, I actually liked him being back besides to fact that he was around all the time, even of she didn't know. Even when she was with Peter... Oh well. And the ending. Oh god it was like a repeat of Allegiant, except she was ready to die and that fact made me think she was going to come back to life. And poor Peter doesn't figure this out until a month later. A MONTH LATER!!!!! She was dead for a month what the heck. I get that this isn't a normal review focussing characters and such but I just can't do that because the plot was so twisted and new and different. Rhys meeting his father was pretty cool and Sophia is awesome. The next book isn't coming out until August. Great. Now she's going to be dead for 9 months. Yay.
